Re: frudulant credit card use
This depends on how many times the card was used in a 6 month period or how much was fraudulently obtained. In one case, this is a first degree misdemeanor, punishable by up 1 year in jail and and a $1,000 fine. In the other situation, this is a third degree felony, punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a $5,000 fine. These are serious charges and you should consult an attorney if you are the one facing these allegations. You can contact me or any other attorney to discuss this.

Depends on the amount actually obtained, but most likely it will be considered a 3rd degree felony punishable by up to 5 years state prison. Please contact my office to discuss matter in depth.
