Fugitive, Violation of Probation
My boyfriend lives in north carolina hey was arrested on a warrant from florida in 2002. For violation of probation do u think that he will be expedited back to florida he was origanally put on 18 months of probation in august of 2002

Since he was put on 18 months probation it is for a felony. Generally speaking he will be extradited back to Florida for a felony VOP. Please feel free to contact me if his case is in the Central Florida area and you need representation.
