Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I own a furniture restoration and repair business, I had a customer ask me to recane her four chairs, I gave her a price and told her I would get them to her as soon as I can, I work alone and do all work myself, so please bare with me. About a month and a half later I get a call from her asking about her chairs and I tell her that they are done and she seemed happy withthat and said call me back when you can arrange delivery. this was about a week ago, I get a call from a police detective that he got a call from her and that this detective is telling me that I have 48 hours to deliver these chairs or I'm tip toeing on crimanal charges. My Question is is this legal for what the police detective did, by dictating to me how I handle my business and am i breaking some sort of law. I guess when you special order a car part from pep boys and they tell you it will be 3 weeks and dosen't show up for 6 weeks can i call the police on them?

You probably should call and talk to a supervisor at the police department. It doesn't appear you have committed any crimes. In fact, the lady is probably responsible for picking up the chairs if she wants them that badly. Has she paid you?
