this gappened instate of florida my mother is on probation for credit fraud. se has 5 years probation. before this she worked for a man who rented out houses well now she said she stole from him. so she was arrested and now has a court date for grand Larsen her probation office said that he wasn't going to violate her. her court date is coming up and she was appoint a public defender what is the worse case senecio she could receive. scared he not going to be able to escape jail time. she said she didn't steal anything from him.
