what happens if you geyt charged for credit card fraud for a 57 charge that wasnt you but u cant prove it wasnt you and they got there money back what happens to you

The state has to prove it was you in order to convict you. Speak with a lawyer, the State must also provide any evidence they have against you so you will have a chance to see how they connected you to the case. The money being returned has no impact on the decision to prosecute.
