Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My gf also was orginally charged with a felony an put on 3 years of probation she completed all 3 years sucessfully except the part for paying her fines. she then was violated for that. While she was trying to stay free she was in a routene traffic stop in another county. she gave a false name and was arrested. she bonded out and with advise from public defender plead guilty n was tru with that misdameaner. she was already violated when she caught this charge. now the prosacutter on the vop is pushing for 30 months prison. what is a defense against this at her hearing tommorow

She should try and see if she can withdraw her plea in the other county. She needs to contact the public defender or hire an attorney to do that. Having an attorney for the VOP is of course even more important.
