Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My ex has a girlfriend whom has been making threats towards me for the past 2 years.. we have already gone to court and they didnt do anything.. She and her friends have started making threats towrds me again and telling me that i cant bring my son out to his dads house or they would kick my a**.. Is that considered a threat and what can be done about it..

Those are threats and if you honestly believe that you could be in danger, call the police, and also go apply for a personal protection order.
