Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Im not sure if anyone could help me with this but my girlfriend is sitting in a county jail of which she has been sentenced to rehab. The judge said it could possibly be up to 10 months before she gets in. Shes been in for 6 months now. The question is what happens after the 10 months wait is up? Will she just sit in there and it be free time or will they re-sentence her?

I don't know what the judge sentenced her to, so my answer is speculation. It is possible she got sentenced to a probation and jail sentence with a condition being that she do time in rehab. So the answer depends on the sentence. You should contact her attorney to find out for sure.
