my girlfriend was subpoenaed for a deposition as a witness by my public defender nvolving trafficking, possesion and drivers license tickets that i was arrested for and she was present at the time of arrest. Would it or would it not be smart for me to accompany her to the deposition?

Generally you should not be present during a witness’s deposition. Did your lawyer say otherwise? You are allowed to drive her to her appointment but don’t go into the deposition with her.
