Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I give an audio recorded statement to police, can they pick and choose what they use against me in court, the reason I'm asking is because I want the jury to hear the whole recording?

There is a rule known as the rule of completeness. If ins side plays. Piece of evidence the other side can play the whole thing. So yes you can play the whole audio recording.
