Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Good Afternoon,Two years ago i was arrested and charged with assualt with a deadly weapon,pleaded to misdeanor assualt...coming up on all consumer reporting..what are my options in the state of florida to rectify this situation....thanks gn

It depends on primarily two things: Have you ever been convicted of any crime ever, and did you get a withhold of adjudication on the assault charge. If you haven't been convicted and you did get a withhold then, you MIGHT be eligible to get the charge sealed. Feel free to give me a call at 727-528-1859 if you need more information.
