a good friend of mine was arrested with 400 grams of cocaine! what kind of time could he get

He could get up to 30 years in prison with a minimum mandatory of 15 years. Get a good lawyer.

Is it a State or Federal case? If Federal, was it powder or crack cocaine? Did he have a weapon or firearm on him at the time? Does he have prior convictions of any kind?
