Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Good morning. I have several questions about 2 cases. 1st case i was charged with battery, the way police wrote the report it would seem that way, however i have witnesses as proof i was actually the victim, the chief of police stated that both was suppose to be arrested for domestic violence,yet I was only one arrested. Even though I have proof ,witnesses none of that was taken into account and i was taken from my kids and made to pay a bond for standing up for myself and my kids. We didnt go to court for it was thrown out, I didnt get any documents stating that so I went to court just to make sure it was thrown out, and it was and I was arrested again on a new charge. Which is now my 2nd case stating i violate a trespassing warrant against Jefferson Arms Apartment. Shabre Washington told police i was harassing her with phone calls and coming by her apartment.Without any proof a warrant was issued and i was arrested. Im new trying to understand law but the trespassing warrant was against the complex not us having contact, and they took her side without hearing mine.Just as i was contacting her she contacted me also. She says i was harassing her yet she answering my phone calls when i called other people phone, calling my phone late night with her friends playing on the phone. After bonding out I was under a no contact order, i was at winn dixie shopping for me and my kids when she came to the store. I had no words with her until i was leaving, she pushed her stroller with her kids in it in front of the car i was driving and refused to move, just so i would say move. An innocent by stander had to come push her kids out the way so I could leave and I was later arrested saying I violated the no contact order. And I was told that I violated the moment she entered the store and I didnt drop everything and leave. Which made me questioned the fact i cant get food for myself and my kids cause she' there. I asked how? Winn Dixie is a public place and i was there 1st.They stated it dont matter she doesnt have the court order against her. Now my issue is this I am being charged with trespassing and battery even though the 1st case was thrown out as told to my parents by the prosecutor and violation of a trespassing warrant against Jefferson Arms Apartment cause me and Shabre Washington had contact.Which i dont understand how when contact between me and her has nothing to do with the complex itself, and the fact she said i was there with no proof, how could they have arrested me?
