Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Good Morning,
How do we go about getting a court order for reopening an expunged case.
We are out of state where the incident ocurred and was tried for.

People cannot "press charge." Only the State's attorney can do that. You can speak to the DA, and maybe there will be criminal charges. You can file a civil lawsuit for damages.
