Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
goverment job app.
i was arrested in new york state back in 1988 the case was closed or dismissed and i received my fingerprints and mugshot negative back i am now applying for a state job in florida do i have to disclose that arrest?

If the application asks if you've ever been "arrested," I suppose you should disclose it. Job applications are supposed to ask if you've been "convicted," in which case, of course, you could legally deny it.
