Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
grand jury for federal case is it possible?
Do you have the right to show your case in front of a grand jury before taking any plea or going to trial in a federal drug charge case? (if you are already incarcerated since 11/06) case is still pending . What do the grand jury do about it, please give me brief explaination if this is true and how does it work?

You have no such right. A federal prosecutor may allow you to testify before a grand jury to help them determine whether an indictment should issue, but there is no right to do se per se.
