Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is it possible to get a grand theft charge (Florida 3rd degree felony), expunged? It was adjudciated in 1989. Thank you.

If you were adjudicated guilty, then you do not qualify to have your record sealed or expunged. Are you certain that you were adjudicated?
