grand theft
im 16 charged with a felony for grand theft of about 400$. me and my friend put together. they have it on camera of us. Our court date is Nov, 18th
will the judge put us in jdc since its grand theft? or will we be okay because it was our first offense?

JDC is not a lawful sentence for a juvenile offense. JDC is just a place to await trial. You should be able to get a pretty light sentence since it is a first offense. Often, though, even a light juvenile sentence can haunt you for life. You should speak with a lawyer.
