I want to get a Grand Theft convictions sealed to find employment. What are the qualifications to do so? I had it expunged originally contingent upon probation, but I violated it. What are the chances I can get it sealed

The answer depends on the final disposition on your case. If you maintained a withhold of adjudication, then you can have the case sealed. If you are eligible the chances of sealing your record are very good., Sealing requires you submit an application to FDLE (you can find the application online) you will need official copies of the disposition from the clerk of court as well. The process is a bit complicated and you may wish to consult with an attorney.
