Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

my granddaughter was arrested for being in a car with a boy who had drugs yes she was wrong at that so she was put on probation she was doing her community service going to her probation officer and paying her fines she also had just started a job after work she went to a friends house another boy they were parked out side they house someone called the police they must have been scared a vehicle parked in front of the boys house I don't now but the police searched the van and under the boys seat they found a empty pipe he said it wasn't his that was a lie to make it short she is in jail they gave gave her 30 days the pros att said she will have to stay in 4 more months to go to rehab we wanted to know why because she doesn't do drugs she was tested when she was arrested both times and we have the paper work she has epilepsy that is all the meds she takes so I e-mailed the pros att and the judge and wanted to know why now today they went and rearrested her and said they found products to make meth in the van they arrest pics showed NO fingernail polish remover what can we do she is being harassed
