use of grandmothers credit card
what are the laws pertaining to the use of card it was given to him to use once but he used 3 more times without her knowledge. can he be charged with a crime?

Possibly, but it will probably require the grandmother filing charges against him.
If she wants to do this she should contact the Sheriff's office or the State Attorney's Office in her county and file a complaint.
