Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My Grandsons Fl. licence was revoked for a violation of chapter 893 involving a controlled substance section 893.03(pot) or Fl. statute 322.055....he was sentenced to time served on this charge, but served time on another charge(same trial) Does his revocation effective date start on his disposition date (this is what order from state of Fl. says) or does it start on his release date (this is what his Probation Officer says)

It starts from the date of his release. However, after 6 months he can get a hardship license assuming he has taken the proper drug class.
