Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My Grandson's girlfriend received a "State Attorneys Investigative Witness Subpoena" for my grandson's case. She should have be listed as his witness but was placed on State Witness List with no objection from my grandson's Public Defender. Is this like a deposition and should she have a lawyer present? This is a capital case in Florida.

If she has been placed on the state witness list then she usually has a right to have an attorney present. Situations like this a very complex so I suggest that your grandson contact his attorney right away if he has questions about this.
