Groped self in public.. was not for sexual gratification
Hi,
I was at a pool with this good looking girl laying right next to me. I wanted to get her attention so i decided to try to make myself bigger. I tryed to get it up after being impoentent, but was not able too. Someone recorded me doing this with his camera, and called the police. The case states possible charge of disorderly conduct. Will this go to the state attornys office, is my life over, will they prosecute am i going to jail. I have never done this before, and will nevre gain. But now i am scared... i didnt know i was being video taped.. and the video makes me look like i was spanking myself.. Can this be dropped... or should i plead no contest... I am not a sexual persiona... i just took it too far i guess.. :(
