guardian for defendant

Since a defendant has a right under the statue of law to say ,she does not want a guardian,can do everything for themselves,is of no danger of harm to themselves or anyone else:can the court legally force the person to have a guardian?

Yes. In fact, that's exactly what an involuntary guardianship is for; it's to force a guardian on someone who may not want one.
