guardian for medical reasons
If a person is appointed to be a guardian ,for a person that is to be baker acted into the hospital,how long is that guardian agreement binding?Is it for years ?Or just to be used when a person needs to go to a hospital?

Unless the court's order is for a "limited" or "temporary" guardianship, or unless the order says otherwise, the order has no termination.
