re guarding the law on bonding out a family member and they do not show up for
A family member was recently bonded out of jail for shoplifting and when released, instead of keeping his cout hearing, he is no where to be found..My question is ''Can the one who put up the money to bond him out, go to jail there self, if he is not found? What is the law?
