Inhestaeoffloridaif youpleadquilty onapleasbargain toasentenceof 9 months 2.5 years ,can a judge add aditional punishements,fines etc-Do theyhave to go at least to the 9 months as minimum. Orcan they go to communinty control etc. if they want to.

The judge would have announced all the punishment at the plea which includes fines. All inmates serve 85 prercent of prison sentences by law.
