my son robbed a store at 17,was charged as an adult,ended up with a 10 year sentence never been arrested before he has served almost 3years,and has been in no trouble,is it possible that he could be released early?and what can i do?this was in florida

A number of Florida laws forbid early release before 80% of the sentence is complete, though early parole is possible in extraordinary circumstances (like saving the life of a guard). Pardon is also a possibility, although extremely unlikely.
