Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Gun Rights
I was put on probation in Marion County, FL for carrying a concealed firearm. My adjudication of guilt was witheld, and I'm wondering if I have my gun rights and if not is it possible to get them back?

Re: Gun Rights
A withhold of adjudication means that you will not have a felony record. Unless you have any other felony convictions you will not lose your right to bear arms; however, unless you have a concealed weapons permit don't conceal the weapons on your person.
