Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

ok.. this guy ive been having a huge problem with took out a temp injunction on me. Me thinking i had more then bulletproof evidence to prove ohterwise, went to court w/ no laywer. Guy completely lied saying i hit him, stole computer, threatened his life ECT. In his temp he put my 2 biggest customers in there just to screw with my buisness.

I TOOK A POLY TEST .. PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS

Have you ever assaulted john kane -NO (CORRECT)

Have you ever threatened john kanes life - NO (CORRECT)

did you steal a computer from john kane- NO (CORRECT)

Judge ordered no contact what so ever. I completely understand that concept and really dont want a 1st degree misdemanor!

But i had .,,.key word had a friend that thought he was, slick text the guys girlfried with my phone while i was in the shower. all sorts of nasty things JUST ONE DAY AFTER THE INJUNCTION WAS IMPLEMENTED!!!!! friend told me to chill that they wernt at john so i would be alright

At that point .. i lost it and kicked him out of my appartment

after reading the texts.. i pretty much almost threw up. gag reflex

I dont know what to do .. its been 6 days and the cops havent arrested me or have a warrnet for my arrest.

I seriously feel like im going to be put in jail for violating an injunction that was granted by a judge and was completly fictional.

While it is questionable whether or not you actually violated the injunction as your facts are a little unclear, I do suggest you contact an attorney BEFORE the police come talk to you. In the meantime, do not make any statement and tell them you want to talk to an attorney first or call your attorney that you will have hired before that happens. Don't delay. Good luck.
