What can happen to me if I am facing a leaving the scene of a crime charge in the state of florida?

First, exercise your right to remain silent before speaking to anybody, such as the police or even friends or family. The only exception is to talk to an attorney, which is the other important thing to do is to hire an attorney immediately.
