Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What could happen if a person goes to a pain management doctor and gets prescribed narcotic pain medication in Georgia and they went to a doctor in Florida in the last 3 weeks and did the same? There is a law in place in Florida but not in Georgia regarding "doctor shopping"

Yes you could still be charged, since the "shopping" portion of it, happened in Florida, so Florida law would apply. Furthermore, there are federal statutes that are even harsher. Bottom line, you will get caught and face serious prison time, so I suggest you seek help for this matter.
