Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
This has happened, several months ago: I have ordered food from room service, and from a carry-out. Both times, I could smell cigerette smoke. I do not smoke. I think a smoker spat in the food. I did not eat it. I heard this is a felony, and could be traced by DNA. What action should I take? Is this someting that I should cal 911?

Maybe next time you should just call room service back and voice your complaint. I think that the police and fire departments have slightly more important matters to deal with.
