Do you mean "Arthur Hearing"? An Arthur Hearing is a hearing to determine if a defendant is entitled to bail.

An "Arthur Hearing" is where the State of Florida needs to put on some form of evidence and/or testimony to prove that the "proof is evident or the presumption is great" that a Defendant committed a Life Felony. This hearing usually takes place when the State is trying to hold a Defendant in custody, without a bond, pending his/her trial.
