Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello
My daughter had a shoplifting charge when she was 14 she is now 20 and is going for a job interview with a huge company should she tell them about the charge? It went to pre trail diversan she just had to do a lttle community service. Should she be worried. The interview is this Friday please is you can respond and let me know what she should do.

Probably nothing to worry about since she was a juvenile. Since she was never convicted, she can deny any sort of conviction. My only caveat is that nowadays, the internet might show her arrest (even though it's not supposed to), so it is wise to do a search beforehand to see what shows up.
