Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello,
My fiance was on community control / probation after being convicted of a felony. We got stopped and they found some bullets in the car, so they charged him with the possession. The bullets are mine but I also have a felony on my record. On my record it states that adjudication was withheld, so I need to know if I testify that the bullets are indeed mine...can they place the charge on me? and am I allowed to have those in my possession since my adjudication was withheld? Thank you.

If your adjudication was withheld then you are not a convicted felon and thus would be allowed to posses ammunition. You should be absolutely certain you received the withhold before making any statement.
