Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello,
Probably a silly question, but I'm curious:
Is the conviction of "Attempted Burglary" (as a 3rd Degree Felony, per public records) handled the same way as a "non-attempted" Buglary when in terms of violating the PRR? The statute only says "Burglary".
Please let me know.
Thank you!

No, an attempted burglary is not handled the same way.
