Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Please help...illegale search maybe? plus was not read my rights!

i was pulled over for ''speeding'' the officer walked up to the car and in one breathe said ''i need license, registration, and proof of insurance . i dont need a reason to search your car i smell cannibus get out'' and when i did a bag of cocaine fell out (1g) he then pushed me towards the back of the vehicle and started saying i tried to destroy the bag and charged me with felony tampering with eveidence...back to the point...he did not find any cannibus in the vehicle nor did he administer a field sobriety test...any possibility of this falling under illegal search and siezure? plus i was never given my miranda rights...is there anny way to prove this and could that possibly help me or even get my case dismissed? PLEASE HELP....
