Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
hey, I have restitution payments due on the 15th on every month... this moth the 15th falls on the weekend. I sent payment through the mail on the 10th and its has not posted on the clerk's website yet. Im worried, because I am on probation and I don't want it to be late- usually it would have posted within two days! I am in Orange County, Florida.

You should be fine. Usually the rule is that if a deadline falls on a weekend, then you have until the following business day.
