Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hidden Camera installed in a bathroom in my own home?
Is it illegal in Florida to have a
hidden camera installed in a
bathroom in my home? There were
not any recordings ever made (siply
voyeristic motives). I had moved
out 3 days prior to the discovery.
The camera did not even work at
the time of its discovery. I have to
talk to a detective today. Any
advice?

Do NOT talk to the detective under any circumstances. Call and cancel immediately! Hire a lawyer before you make a huge mistake!
