Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Hi,

My sister was paying amount in chit fund in bangalore, after few months she thought of bidding the amount. she bid the amount and in mean time the chitfund company kept a clause the three government officials have to be a gurantor to take the bidding amount. she approched my husband who is in govt service. he became the gurantor. they agreed mutually that she would give a blank cheque in case for safety, if she does not pay in future.

now, she has come up that she will not pay the remaining chit amount.

chitfund company have approched us that they would attach to our salary, if she does not pay.

how can we deal with this. how can we avoid from salary attachment. is there anyway to stop this.

can we use the blank cheque she has given.

please advise
