hit and run car accident
what is the worst case scenario for someone who is the accused? Like would I go to jail, have probation, what would my record be?

It depends on whether any person was injured. If it's just property damage then you can be charged with a misdemeanor where you are facing up to 1 year in jail. If a person was seriously injured then up to 5 years in prison since it becomes a felony. Call me if you have any questions at any time. Good luck.
