Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hi..
This is Tim Jackson from Florida.I am a CEO of a small IT company. We outsouce our job to independent vendors. We had a vendor from Ohio, we had contract with them.As per our contract she should not disclouse our information about business to others. She outsourced this job to an Indian company. She finished our jobs with the help of that Indian company. We paid the Invoices for the job which she done for us. Suddenly we were not able to trace her with pending jobs to be done.We waited for two weeks and we havent heard anything from her. So we assigned the job to the other vendors which she didnt finished. But she assigned the job to the Indian company. They did the job and they havent received any money for the job completed by them. Now the Indian company found our address and started contacting us and asking us to pay the money which she has to pay.Eventhough we dont know who is he and there is no proof of contract between her and the Indian company. We also dont have any copntract with Indian company. How to proceed legally to sort out of this issue?
