How many with hold of adjudication's can someone get on a marijuana misdemeanor charge.

I have a friend who has had three marijuana possessions under 20 and paraphernalia arrest. Two of them had a with hold of adjudication and he did probation and paid fines and went to AA for six weeks. He was arrested again in December on the third marijuana possession under 20 and paraphernalia charge can he get a with hold of adjudication again or some kind of penalty have to be paid this time? What will the penalties be? Some jail time license revoked?

Basically it depends on the judge. You are really only supposed to get one but that rule is really only enforced on felonies. There are many judges that will give multiple withholds on MJ possession simply to avoid the license suspension. At this point the best bet is to have a consultation with a local attorney who is familiar with the judge.
