The elements of F.S. 812.135 Home Invasion Robbery are 1. Defendant entered the dwelling 2. At the time intended to commit robbery 3. While inside, did commit robbery. With a firearm, it is a first degree felony punishable to a term of years not exceeding life imprisonment.
