Home invasion/weak case

My friend is charged w/ home invasion. The victim wont be in court but the codefendant, who is a dug addict/dealer prostitute (all proved by arrest records) is getting a geatly reduced sentance for testifying against him.She is protecting her boyfriend who was right next to my friend when he was i.d. as the the one who did it.They are both black males same wieght and build.Their whole case depends on her testimoney.Do you think he will still be found guilty? He also was not found at the scene of the crime,it was hours later at least 2 miles away.

You cannot predict a jury verdict--you never know what that particular group is going to think about the facts. It also depends on your friend's attorney--those are good facts for the defense, but he needs a good attorney to highlight the right things in court.
