Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

my home got raided and me and my girlfriend got charged with poss of meth with intent to sell,delv,manf, child neglect with great bodily harm, porr of marijuana under 20 grams, poss of harmfull new legend drug without prescription(mism),poss of narc equiptment, she plead out to 3yrs drug offender probation for poss of controled substance(meth) and got time served for the three mism(50 days), they drop the child neglect, can they still charge me for these offenses after she plead out to them? i have to go to court for them still(i also served 53 days and then bonded out.can they charge us both for same offenses? the drugs were on top shelf in our bedroom.
