Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
homicide question
my friend was charged with 2 counts of Homicide-wilful Kill Murder Not Premeditated No Felony Offense and Weapon Offense/use Display Etc Firearm During Felony. He does have a record has served jail time, but this time he wasn't involved. They have one witness in the cases who is the guilty party, so there is no hard evidence. My friend has been in jail since 01/07 with no bond and no trail yet. He also just dropped his lawyer. What should he do and how long could he get for this?
