Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
House Arrest
Is there anyway of knowing if someone who is being charged with a felony was released before their trial on house arrest. When I look at the dockets it says the amount of the bond and then it says POWER/(series of numbers)- I was wondering if this has something to do with the monitoring device.

Re: House Arrest
The court minutes at the initial appearance should speak to whether a defendant was released and if so the conditions of release. Contact the clerks office in person with the proper information relating to the case and they should be able to help you. Good luck.
